ADR Electrical was appointed to carry out a full electrical renovation of a former large-scale warehouse being converted into a multi-unit self-storage facility.

The project began with a complete strip-out of all existing electrical infrastructure. We then installed new mains cabling to supply the entire building, along with two new submain distribution boards.

Each individual storage unit was fitted with its own power and lighting, with a combination of 3-phase and single-phase distribution boards tailored to the requirements of each section. This comprehensive upgrade ensures safe, efficient, and future-proof electrical capacity for the entire facility.
